On Sunday a Weather Seal Sales consultant came to our house to give a quite for 3 windows, when my wife picked herself up at the cost quoted she said inocently she would rather pay for the roof doing. Straight away the sales consultant started pricing for facias and guttering even though they had only been replaced 2 years before (and this is so obvious)at the end of a 2 hour visit he somehow managed to get my otherwise shrewd wife to sign a credit agreement for almost £6000 pounds for work that had been done only 2 years before. The following day she phoned to try and cancel the contract which came to no avail, whislt they would let her cancel the credit agreement they refuse to let her cancel the contract with them and have offerd various other services. Can anyone help with this the above rating should be 0 out of 5 but it wont let me do that
