I booked 2 rooms with additional cancellation insurance.
I tried cancencelling the 2nd room which was not required within the stated time required, but was passed from pillar to post, till i was told i had gone over the required time.
I was sold the so called insurance which i could not use for some reason!
Very bad customer service was recieved,therefore i will never be using travelodge again & nor will the company which travelodge was the 1st choice of hotel be.......Very dissapointed!
