It was my first long haul flight and i really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The seats were comfortable enough, considered the premium class. I could see only 4 rows of seats, the rest is separated by a curtain. There is plenty of space for storage and the plane was very clean.
The inflight ententainment was good quality and i could find a good variety of films (not only action and mainstream films...).
I liked the products available in the lavatories, moisturising and cleansing lotions.
I would definitely recommend Air New Zealand.
