My husband and I bought a locket to be engraved for our daughter's Christening. I made especially sure they knew it was for a specific date (date was also part of engraving)but it did not come back in time. When I told them I was not happy and complained they simpley said there had been a backlog, and can't keep tabs on all items sent. It seems to me that once you've bought something the customer service is non existent.
Very disappointed and won't go to Ernest Jones again
