Three times I have tried to speak to Customer Services via phone, on one occasion being on-hold for over an hour, and three times I have abandoned the call due to long waiting times.
When the call centre was UK based I always got through very quickly but now the calls are dealt with via a call centre in Johannesburg, South Africa it is a nightmare - I was even given an number to call by the Johannesburg rep, as she 'could not deal with this matter', which turned-out to be the number for Dun and Bradstreet Limited, of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. D&B is the world's leading source of business information.
O2 here I come.
