just bought cover from SHEILAS WHEELS was fully comprehensive cover. Realised my mums date of birth was wrong (she is second driver) i rung up and changed this and everything was fine until the new documentation came in and my date of birth now appeared wrong. my bday is the 21st sept and they had it down as the 1st. So they made me 20 days older. just asked to change it and she told me there was a charge to change it and now that im 20 days younger than they thought my premium would go up!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! So i said i would not be paying for anything and so she went away and they decided they would waver the admin charge but not the increase in premium charge. So i told them i was leaving and ending my insurance today, right this minute. I have been with them for probably a week and im already disgusted. how does 20 days difference in date of birth make a difference? i have 7 years no claims discount under my belt im 27 and i work full time i have no convictions at all
