Purchased a Kingsdown Sleep to Live 500 bed from Bensons for Beds Shrewsbury. Delivered in April. It was great for the first 2 weeks, then one side of the mattress got softer and softer and eventually was impossible to use. Bensons Customer Service refused to do anything about it saying "carry on using it you will get used to it". The manufacturers were equally unhelpful. Trading Standards were useless. Only route left is to go to the Small Claims Court. If you have a problem with Bensons and have to deal with their so called "Customer Services" - you are on your own. Staffed by people who are not intersted and their only recourse is to keep fobbing you off.
