SHOULD BE NO STARS
Chemist Direct are an absolute shambles,ordered on 04/09 dispatched 14/09 told will be delivered tommorrow despite the "customer services" operative did not know that where the parcel was - at HUB3 wherever that is. All they say is sorry but do not actually do anything. Part of the order is missing, no emails to say any of this infact no emails from them at all.


Their stock levels are not live - beware.

it appears that they only work 5 days a week Mon - Fri "like any other company" weekends do not count so despite my order being placed on 04/09 it has only been 6 days.
15/09 cannot count either.

Live help is a joke.

Wish I had read this before ordering
