Bensons claim on their litrature that we can be sure of "help and advice and the best after sales service available - and that's guaranteed". Don't believe a word of it. I have just spent the most stressful week of my life attempting to speak to someone who will help me with sme missing bolts. Simple you may think? But they make such a meal of it and are the most obstructive and unhelpful people going.

They have refused to help me in any way. My only answer now is to throw the bed away and purchase from another company. Their answer is "that is your choice". Please be very wary. I wouldn't like any else to be caught like we have been. They don't respond to emails either so don't waste your time.
