I placed an order on 19/8 which still has not arrived. I've emailed them several times but did not receive any reply until I threaten to post a negative review and involved Trading Standards. the site emailed to say that item was sent on 21/8 and she has proof of postage. Starangely, she failed to say that when I emailed all those times before. She also threatened to take legal action if I left a negative review.

The taking of money followed by non delivery of goods is konwn in the law as THEFT! Please do not flush your money down the drain by buying on this site. I don't usually leave reviews but this has offended my sense of justice. Please also check, if you do order from this site, if you will be getting the full size version or a sample size. Previously, when I did receive an item it was the sample size which I could have picked up for free from my local Clinique or Bobbi Brown counter.
