Just got back from a 3 night long weekend at Devon Cliff's. Brilliant time, (mind you the weather helped) lots to do but recommend buying the entertainment passes in advance to save a few extra pennies. Our van was clean and tidy although needed the fire on in the morning, but then what do you expect in september. The site is very hilly though and I now have a bad back from carrying my son up the hill to get back to our van. The one thing I didnt like was having to go through the arcade to get in to the entertainment centre as a 2.5 yr old is heavly drawn to the flashing lights and sounds of the machines and this caused a tantrum every evening - but maybe thats just my son. In summary, positives first; nice beach, nice pool, clean vans, site tidy. Negatives; hilly, arcade location, expensive shop (Find the Tesco's on the Budleigh Salterton road!) Would I go again - For sure have started saving for a full week next year already.
