I bought this More Than insurance purely on the back of More Than telling me that my girlfriend would get my no claims discount when she went on her own insurance, they called it no-claims mirroring and because my girlfriend was a new driver this was great and would be more than usefull when we got another car. Two years later I bought a Mitsubishi FTO and they wouldn't insure it for me as it was a Jaspanese Import. When I tried to insure My girlfriend for her car they said she wouldn't get my no claims discount and would have to start from scratch, this was because I was no longer insured with them, even though they wouldn't sell me insurance for the FTO and I wanted to stay with them, so it was their falt only. So therefore they made false promises two years previouse just to sell a policy. When I called their customer services they were totally unhelpfull and couldn't care less. This one act has cost them my house insurance too and four more policies from my family both car and house.
