Just hope you do not have to call Ebookers or you'll be sorry. Also, it is a bad idea to get a cancellation insurance with them. They will almost never refund your money, because most hotels have a no-refund policy. It is hard to find this out, because most hotels work with different three-letter codes to indicate this. If a hotel has such a policy (which you cannot tell from the E-bookers site, you have to go to the website of the hotel) E-bookers will still ask you if you would like a cancellation insurance. If you want to cancel your trip and want a refund, they just say they cannot give you a refund, because the hotel has a no-refund policy. However, you still paid for a completely worthless cancellation insurance.
