I have NEVER encountered such bad customer service as at Expedia. I booked 4 flights from LAX to Sydney, 2 adult, 2 children. When the Itinerary arrived, there was a misspelling of one of the names. It has literally taken nearly 8 hours of phone calls to even approach a solution. Expedia wanted me to purchase a new ticket for their mistake !!! Finally the new itinerary arrived only to reflect 4 adult charges and the seating was all over the airplane, an 8 year old and a 6 year old sat alone for a 14 hour flight - DO NOT BOOK EXPEDIA.
