Order form says that these shoes ship immediatedly. Had to go back to the site 2 weeks later to find that the delivery date had been changed and was not 2 weeks ahead. Waited until the day after the expected ship date and checked the site and found the date was not 2 weeks in the future. Went to Zappos which said that there were 2 shoes available in the size, ordered them, received a confirmation and they are on thier way.

Even canceling the order from Skate America was not easy. The instructions say "open the order" but there is not option to cancel or change. Had teo send an email which they did respond to.

Will just stay with Zappos in the future.
