E and L Pet Insurance is the worst Pet Insurance Company I have ever dealt with. I submitted a claim in July and at present am still waiting for the claim to be settled. The only correspondence I have received is two letters putting exclusions on the policy with immediate effect. Can nothing be done about this company they clearly want to take your money but not pay out when your pet needs much needed veterinary care
