I went to the branch of Zara by Oxford Circus this afternoon especially to look for a top i had seen someone wear and was shocked by my experience. The store was a complete mess, the staff were unfriendly and sulky and were completely unhelpful when i asked them if they knew where i could find the top i was looking for. I asked 2 sales assistants who looked at me blankly and said they didn't know and that i should look on the other floor to which i was currently on with the 3rd assistant i asked saying that the description didn't fit anything they had in at the time.

I continued to wonder to search for myself and stumbled across the exact top i had clearly described which was at the rail that the 3rd assistant was tidying! When i confronted him and said 'look, this is the one!'he didn't even bat an eyelid, apologise for his lack of help or appear pleased that I, the customer had just been satisfied. Nothing!
A complete and utterly disgraceful experience that has completely put me off shopping in Zara for a longtime!
