B&Q staff are the worst on the High Street. We bought a shower enclosure that has rotted and leaked within 2 months, we complained and eventually they sent out a couple of staff to review. They were barely able to write but managed to lie in a 'report' (B&Q claimed it was a report but in fact it was a one line email with typos and no punctuation) they sent stating that we were in the wrong. We are about to now go through the small claims court and report them to Trading Standards - the man I spoke to in Tunbridge Wells was surly and clearly had no concerns with regard to customer service when he supported the lie even though I showed him pictorial evidence of this. He was unconcerned when I said I would report him so I assume this behavior stems from the top. Do not shop there especially for a kitchen or bathroom suite.
