I have recently had to claim against my insurance a I had an accident that was my fault. My shoe was wet and as I slowed down at the approach to a roundabout my foot slipped off the brake and I went into the back of another car.

The other driver insisted on going thrugh insurance companies so I processed the claim.

I have now been two weeks without my car while the engineers process my claim with no date as to when it will be fixed. I am a supply teacher so need to be mobile to work and I have had to insure myself on a curteosy car that the garage offered me paying for the priveledge.

Everytime I call up nobody knows the details of my claim and the garage can't start repairs until they have been approved so basically I am stuck paying more and more insurance for a curteosy I should have needed for 2 week max.

I can't wait for my policy to end so I can go with a different company as Diamond are awful!
