what a joke these guys are, never bank with these, free banking but cost me weeks in man hours.
to start business manager turns up, 22 yrs old blond in flip flops. now beeing 40 im not a trend setter but i let this ride.
sorted account.inc over draft and visa cards.
cards never came then found out they were never ordered.
awaiting some money so wrote a cheque and it bounced as forgot to org over draft.
gets better,re-orderd visa cards,and solo cards came. went to acctivate them, took a week, apart from one, which they denied sending us, although it was infront of me with the pin number. it appears that they sent us a card withh our company name on with someone else account number.
business manager never rings back affter five messages.
internet banking 10 wks for the password to come then they did not match the account name
oh and still waiting for the charges to be refunded re bounced cheque after having a letter saying we will refund them.
after 12 weeks guess what , we dont bank with Natwest any more

only use nat west if you have nothing better to do with your time and want your business to fail.
and i forgot, been asking for a bigger cheque book for six weeks, they send one with 2o cheques in which we use in a week
