I ordered a Slazenger Pro cricket bat online only to be told about a week later by email that the product was not in stock. I ordered another cricket bat instead and about a week later received a package. This time a bat had been sent, but it was a cheaper version of the one I had ordered, and mysteriously all the identifying labels that would indicate that the bat was the incorrect model were removed. Strange coincidence. I returned the bat requesting a full refund and ordered another bat. Again, one week later I receive an email telling me that the bat was not in stock. Shocking website with poor stock level control, and the Sports Direct website makes it almost impossible to speak with someone on the phone to work the problem out. I am going to give up now and order my bat from someone else.
