I was very happy with the Bloomex order process, the selections and the prices! And the recipient tells me that the arrangement is absolutely lovely.

In this case, it didn't make a huge difference but when I placed the order, I specified delivery for the week before Xmas (the 22 or 23...I don't remember now). After submitting the order, I was emailed the receipt which showed a different delivery date. I immediately sent an email asking for correction and I received confirmation that the delivery date had been corrected. All this being said...the arrangement was delivered on Dec 10th.

Again, not a huge issue because it was only one of several gifts...and again, I hear it was lovely.
