The mobile service Virgin Mobile get is fine, single is OK (same as T-Mobile as they are on the same network).

Handset choice looks to be OK and the tariff's are all OK, and you can upgrade and downgrade your plan as you wish.

The only down side is if you ever need to speak to them - the customer service is good but getting through to them will take between 20 and 45 minutes so it's best to do this sitting down with a coffee!

Overall they are fine and when you get through the seem to be able to sort things out but the time to answer is long. Cannot compare with others but it a shame as they look to have everything else down to perfection.
