Took advantage of B&Q 1/2 price fiiting for bathroom in Nov. Fitted at right time but the attendance of the fitting staff left lots to be desired. Needed a change in contract as less work needed to be done, B&Q agreed a price change but then unilaterally did not honour it.
8 months later toilet is non-operation due to poor quality manufacture
A best a dishonest company where contract are concerned
