Student Masters and Natwest overdraft facility. Despite taking a letter from my uni into a local branch to confirm I was still a student and that the account was a student account ( on Natwest system) I received a general letter from Birm'ham customer services asking me to ring them to discuss my account. On contact I was advised that the account wasn't a student, interest was added and they demanded full payement. Explained I couldn't pay in full, they asked if my parents could pay. They demanded and gave me no choice, I had to pay 10% of £2000.The letter was the only one I received. you don't need that kind of hassle from customer services
