Kept waiting on shuttle bus at Ibiza airport for over 1 hour before journey to resort.
Return shuttle did not turn up at all. Local emergency number very rude & said we weren't at the pick-up. Had to get taxi to airport at own expense.
Holiday Taxis have refunded this, but it turns out local taxi is cheaper anyway and a lot less stressful! Do your homework before you book, I wish I had! A very stressful end to the holiday.
Used previously August 2008 and the service was faultless, but it seems there are various cost-cutting measures implemented by local suppliers (ie more bodies on less buses!) which has impacted on the level of service.
Would not use again.
