i ordered a washing machine online and their customer services are terrible.
they failed the first delivery attempt without even letting me know, and i wasted half a day for just waiting for it.
i rearranged the delivery which failed again without letting me know.
i wasted total almost a day for simply waiting for their delivery.

what they say on the telephone is more annoying. they do not have any idea about what's going on the delivery department and all they can do is send an email to them for communication, which i doubt would work..

this is the worst ever experience of my online shopping and reccommend not to use Dixons even they offer cheaper price than others. i would pay a little bit more and have peace of mind until they deliver. completely waste of time..
