Well i'm just startin, but after all the peoples ups, i have my hopes up ! My friend did it ! And she lost 12 pounds !!!!!!! I am not like fat fat ! i'm just 50, but with a belly ! And i just wanna loose 10 killos! I am so happy that i finally get to lose that in a month ! I mean wow! I love it and hope it works ! Good luck to all who would like to try it ! I have done it for a day but then had circumstances. I LOST a killo net morning ! so i calculated the exact 10lbs we were promised and i found out we can lose 3 point six killos in 3 days ! And 16.35 in a month ! SO I WAS LIKE...WOW ! And my friend was 78 and became 65 by the endof the month ! Keep your fingers crossed ! And i will come back to you with more info ! BYEEE !
