the day after buying and paying for goods from Beauty Parlor UK they helped themselves to an extra £58.00. that was in march. they said it was a mistake and said they would action a refund. they have not replied to any of my e-mails since april.I certainly have not had a refund back into my account. reading through the reviews on this site it seems that the same thing has happened to others. I have reported it to TS,What i have noticed whilst watching this site is that every time a bad review is written, several excellent reviews appear. coincidence? Had i found this site before i bought from this company i think i would have stayed well clear. they do not reply to my e_mails,the phone never seems to get answered when i ring, and when i sent recorded delivery letters they just got returned, save yourself the hassle, try and find a more reliable site. guest.
