Thomas cook really messed up our booking regarding the bagage. Customer service were bordering on rude even though it was there mess up. The rep just seemed cheesed off and un interested in her job in the resort. Check in staff were plesent though. The Hotel Amalia was nice and very clean, Bali was lovly, we did have a good holiday but as for the service from Thomas cooke, well i won't bother aagain.
