I have used Expedia multiple times a year for several years to book both domestic and foreign travel, air, hotels and rental cars and I have never had a problem, ever. I have changed my arrangements both on-line and by phone, again, never a problem. Over the phone the customer service has consistantly been polite and efficient. If they did not have an answer to my question they asked someone. My only warning is that when a reservation says "no refund" it means "no refund". I have often had to cancel or change reservations which has always been done easily but once made a "no refund" reservation that I tried to cancel but was stuck paying for it, but I knew going in that the reservation was "no refund".
