I bought myself this package along with 2 mum to be shoots for friends. both myself and a friend booked in for the same appointment slot on the same day, even though we were having seperate shoots.

when we arrived we were aloud to place our clothes shoes etc into the closet, informed that any drinks and snacks were free of charge throughout the day and then given a info card asking about stlye of make up, hair and photo styles you would like to do. we were then taken into the make up studio had a hand and face massage while they styled our hair and then had our make up done - beware it will appear very thick but is perfect on the pictures).

once that was over we waited 5 minutes for the photographer (which is where my friend and i seperated for a while) who showed me to the changing room and went through the outfits i had and advised me which order would be best to go through them. he then walked me though the sets giving me excellent guidance on how to stand where to look etc.

once both our shoots were done we went upstairs to wait while they sorted through our photos retouching and editing etc. while we waited we had sandwhiches, crisps sweets and drinks. we were then given a form where the more people you refered the more discount/gifts you receive (which i do think you should be given for free).

we then went into the viewing room and viewed each others images, the sales rep was exremely helpful once she showed us the pictures she came in with the contact sheets and alloud us to go through them againa and again. she gave us a price list and asked us what we thought/how much was could afford ect and did whatshe could to get us the most we could for what we could afford. she was in no way pushy at any point throughout the day. even when settign up the finance when it wouldnt work first time round she tried a different method until we got one that worked and was affordable. we even got more thrown in- i would realy advise you to haggle. my first friend just picked a package as was but when my friend (who had come with me) got the same package with more included for less money so it is definately worth haggling - have a price in mind and stcik to it.

the whole experience took all day we got there at 1130 and left at 530. i would serously advise leaving extra time for getting there as our directions werent very good and we only just made it on time.

i seriously can wait to go again (i have another 2 visits included in the package i bought).
