I've been lucky enough to get several free trials with LoveFilm and affiliated companies (Tesco, Sofa Cinema) and have only had great service. I also had a period as a paying customer and found LoveFilm to be exceptional. Turnaround is incredibly quick and on the whole, they send discs from near the top of your list. A few months in, and they do start sending discs that are nearer the bottom of the list, but delivery is still super quick. I'm currently using a free trial with Blockbuster and have only had 3 discs delivered in two weeks - turnaround is over a week! Will definitely not be joining Blockbuster at the end of the trial.
