Disgraceful service from Hastings Direct Car Insurance. Having been told that the receipt of my documents was "in the lap of the gods" I requested a replacement. Twice. No documents ever arrived. Including the ones they assured me were sent out by special delivery. The only purpose I can imagine this company serving is if their entire staff were harvested for their organs.
