It was my first time flying so I was a little nervous but excited. My husband and his two sisters had flew many times before. Even they were very dissatisfied with US Airways. The seats are very uncomfortable and cramped. Their was no real food available just snack items that cost to much. The plane itself was very old and my sister in law keep saying things like, "I never heard a plane make that noise before." It felt like we were on a bus or something similar. On the flight home, there were passengers that had to fly with us because their flight was having mechanical problems. The plane started to descend and no seat belt light was on, my sister in law was in the bathroom and there was no fore warning that this was going to happen. I along with several other passengers screamed when this happened because it just didn't feel right. In the airport, I spoke with a lady that said she had been flying her whole life and she will never fly US Airways again. Thanks US Airways for a crappy first flight experience.
