Vanquis Cards are designed for you who have, or had bad credit, as we know. the interest rate has always been a min of 34.99% and nevr lower. a premium and gold card are the same no difference with t&c's or even interest rate, your balance may go up depending how you even keep the account. also if your in arears you can be sent a gold card. Lots of people moan about the charges..... make sure payments are in with pleny of time before due date, and account is always below the limit. more you clear the better the account will stand.
the staff are always willing to help you debtors.... and as for contact numbers its now 0871.... but its not like any other bank or credit card company has free numbers or landline numbers....
also when calling custmers.... you would give your contact details no other way they would know how to get your number....
so final tips
always make a payment
chek your statements...
and spend........
