I agreed a disconnection date of 31/07/09 as line no longer needed. The next bill had line rental for Aug, Sept and Oct added even though Post Office Home Phone did not provide this service as it was cut off on the agreed date. Two phone calls made and on each occasion they agreed that the bill was wrong and line rental should not have been included. Final bill still not received and during last phone call they mentioned that a debt recovery agency would be used. They seem very quick to resort to this method. A terrible company to deal with. Matter still not resolved even after e-mail sent requesting correct final bill.
