Renewed contract with Vodafone, they have taken my payments, but my phone kept saying 'no calling credit'. Tried to phone them, but couldn't talk to anyone as I had 'no calling credit. Sent them emails to try to sort this out, and was told I was pay as you talk and should top up. Sent further emails with Vf account numbers, invoice numbers etc. but still was told the same (were my emails actually read?????). Still my money was taken from my account, and I could not use my phone.
Then wrote to them, asking them to sort this out and to refund my money. No answer whatsoever. Changed to Virgin and took my number with me. Now got a bill for £151 for ending a contract early. So far this issue is not resolved.
Customer service is nonexistent, you cannot talk to anyone, emails are not read and you'll get standard emails back, letters are not read. But they still take your money............. Choose a different provider!
