PC World's data recovery service is absolutely rubbish.
They've had my zip drive for 2 weeks - first time I went to collect they had managed to put someone else's data on my new drive and very little of mine.
2nd time I went, they had put ALL my data (approx 10GB) into one folder which even the most powerful pc in the shop couldn't open!
3rd time lucky? Am going back this afternoon to see if they have actually managed to produce ANYTHING of any use to me...but I am not holding my breath!
