I bought this vacuum cleaner as a replacement for my 25 year old Nilfisk, which incidently still works well, but was very disappointed in my purchase.

The cleaner is very, very hard to push on carpeted flooring, one of the brushes rattles so much I cannot use it, and even when the bag has just been replaced, when it is on full suction, it shows the bag is half full. Also these bags are efficient, but very expensive.

I contacted Miele about these problems and basically they didn't want to know.

I would like to have tried the machine out in a store before purchasing.
