First Call are TERRIBLE. Even though I was a lone female, they left me stranded on a motorway for THREE HOURS. I would never use them again. I don't think they have a very big network of people to pick you up so that's why you end up waiting for hours on end.
The man who picked me up was very nice. He said that he had told First Call he was miles away and was on another job, but that didn't seem to bother them.
Even the Highways Agency people called them to see what was happening, and thought that it was disgusting that i had been waiting that long.
I complained, but got the usual rubbish back from them - without an apology I might add.
Please don't use them!
