I have been on the tesco diet for one week now. I am very impressed. I was convinced that I would put weight on because there seemed to be a lot of food to eat. I am getting my five a day and my full quota of water something which I have struggled with before.
The meal plans are great because if there is an ingredient you do not like it offers substitutes or alternatevly you can change the whole meal.
I am on the lower cholestrol diet, recipe based. So I am enjoying cooking again and I look forward to my meals each day. My son can't beleive I am on a diet because I am eating such nice meals.
I have also joined one of the support groups so now I have a new group of friends who support me all the way.
I have just had my first weigh in I have lost 5 and 1/4 pounds and I have lost 4 inches. I am so pleased.
Even when I have reached my target weight I will still follow this plan because the meals are so good.
