Ordered video camera and two memory cards. I received video camera and 1 memory card separately. Never received second memory card I ordered but was charged for it. Emailed three times via the contact form on the site, but have had no response at all. No phone number available for customers so no choice now but to pursue chargeback from my credit card company- all very annoying. 7dayshop might be OK if there is no problem with your order but do not expect any communication from them when problems arise. Shame really because video camera I received was good value, I would not use them again.
