I recently bought a car from Carcraft in Knowsley, Liverpool. The salesmen appear very overly keen and pushy. After a lot of negotiating and not willing to budge on the price, because it was my dream car I agreed to buy it - for them only to moan because I was paying by cash and they had to count it out! Having agreed to put 12 months MOT on the car, when I picked the car up the next day one of my alloy wheels was extremely damaged! After my complaint and them agreeing to refurb the wheel which was back in July - I am still fighting them now, week after week with excuses, the manner of the sales receptionist is appalling and I will not buy from them again.
