MCE Motorcycle Insurance gives a terrible service, the quotation I had bore no resemblance of the details I gave over the phone, then tried to call over several days, just got cut off every time after waiting for 15 mins at a time, they took £10 extra from my direct debit as a "fine" for not returning the finance form I had not recieved, when I called at 17.50, hung on for 10 mins to complain they said I couldnt complain now as it was 18.00 now and said goodbye. I could go on, wish Id stayed with Bennetts.
