We flew from JFK to Milan and then another airport in Milan to Rome on our first Alitalia flight. We were in a 767 that was older, gross food and TIGHT. I am a small person and I felt so sorry for my tall husband. The attends were helpful and they did not lose our baggage like everyone says. I wouldnt say it was the worst experence I have ever had, it as actually a smooth flight, great landing. Then on our flight from Rome to JFK we picked seats when we purchased and they gave us lesser seats when we checked in. Again a very tight flight with food that was so awful. The flight was not smooth and the staff was ok, the landing was the worst landing I have ever experenced, thought we lost a wheel, it was very hard. I know not every flight is like this one so I would consider flying with them again, maybe. For the price I would be a fool not to.
