Expert Logistics Delivery (ordered from tesco) did not arrive in the time period stated. Driver was meant to ring me 1 hour beforehand and did not. I was not at home and asked him to wait 20mins whilst I got back as he was late. He refused and this was only resolved when I rang the head office who then told him to wait. He then blatantly lied saying he had spoken to me earlier (no calls from his no. on my mob. phone) advising me of the delivery time. When I asked to see his phone it was obvious from his call log that he hadn't called my number. He then still maintained that he had called and spoken to me and that I was trying to shift the blame on him! Customer service at its worst. Will pay extra next time and use John Lewis.
