betterview are a disgrage... less than a year after being built we saw cracks apearinng on the 3/4 height brickwall that joins the conservatory to the house. After months on phone calls they eventually sent an odd job man round to "filler up the gap" . after about a month the crack reapeared and has now split all the way down the wall to the point where I CAN SEE DAYLIGHT THROUGH MY WALL!!!!. I have phoned them repeatedly and have just been up to their office in person to get a fix sorted, only to be told the company has gone into administration and i have to get intouch with another company....... meanwhile a builder friend is telling me he could probably push my conservatory walls down with his hands!!!
