I have just waited 31 working days (yes, 7 weeks) for E & L Pet Insurance to respond to my claim. They tell me they are rejecting the claim as my dog has previously had anti-biotics and I did not disclose this to them. Can anyone tell me whose dog hasn't had anti-biotics?
The company rarely picks up the phone and never have they returned a voice message. I wish I did more research before taking a contract out with them as all the feedback seems to be negative. I got the company from the usually excellent moneysavingexpert.com Martin Lewis should disassociate his website from this company as they are truly terrible.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
