I would never use asos again they are an absolute nightmare. I ordered a dress from their maternity section to wear to a wedding, paid £5.95 next day delivery which didn't turn up. There are no phone numbers so all correspondence is via email, when I chased my delivery I was given the number for the courier to chase it myself. The dress arrived 3 days later, in error they sent me 2. I didn't want them so sent them back together, have sent numerous emails chasing my refund, I only got a response after sending my third email in 24 hours (despite their promise to reply within 1 hour!) The response advised that I was not due a refund!! After numerous emails someone has finally acknowledged that goods have been received and I will receive refund within 10 working days. Appalling service would never use them again. 6 months pregnant and at the end of my tether with these people.
